This noble linen creation started by cultivating flax in France, Normandy, where the soil, climatic conditions and growers' technique are the world's best. 

The flax fibre is certified 100% European with great history and tradition, ensuring the entire production is sustainable for generations of flax growers and rooted territories of origin. Moreover, it is environmentally friendly since it does not need watering (with alternation of sun and rain in western Europe), produce absolutely no waste (all parts are used) and hold 3.7 tons of CO2 each year (every hectare of flax).

After 100 days of growth period, it is time for harvesting and the entirely natural decomposition process activated by humidity, wind and mild temperature. Then the longest staple fibres (Thomas Mason's world-famous) will be hand-selected and classified based on their characteristics & natural colour. Such cultivation of linen is a niche culture, representing less than 1% of global production of textile fibres.

The complex dyeing and weaving process take place in Italy, with cutting-edge looms and machines controlled by experienced technicians.

By taking utmost care on low-speed, humidity and temperature, the raw material become a desirable, elegant and sophisticated fabric.

As a result to the wearer, our linen has great density(toughness 6-7gm/denier), maximum resistance to heat(up to 2300℃), high capacity to absorb humidity(resumption of moisture up to 12%), thermo-regulating (excellent heat conductor) and non-allergenic characteristics. Such breathable, ultra-lightweight fabric would hold a shape beautifully without compromising on softness of handle and luxurious touch.
